Next thursday you will have to turn in a small project on French impressionism.  We will be doing a reproduction painting of a famous impressionist work of art. It won’t be judged on its artistic qualities but on the effort that is apparently put into it. On an index card that we will attach to the bottom, you must give the following information about the painting:

Artist name – L’artiste s’appelle

Date of the painting – C’est du 1870

The name of the painting- Le tableau s’appelle_______________

And a brief description in English. (2-3 sentences that will help people understand the painting)
